  • Once aware I was able to experience it differently, and complete what was weighing me down. These things for me don’t have the charge they once did, so I can respond vs the big reactions that dominated my life for so long
  • Brought peace to me, I personally lived the life of “the victim” and identifying where that came from and reconciling this has allowed me to live fully in the moment.
